59. Planned for June 1972 is a monthly English magazine/docu- mentary 'Spectrum'. 'Spectrum' will use film material already shot for 'Ga Joy Heung Gong' with English commentaries.

60. These commitments-Ga Joy Heung Gong, the API's, Viewpoint (English and Chinese) and Spectrum-will fully extend the present staff and equipment.

From June 1972 onwards there will be 100 RHKTV transmissions per month. Without increasing equipment, except to overcome certain equipment problems which RHKTV is already facing, it is possible that Ga Joy Heung Gong will give way to a regular domestic drama on film. It is felt that this will be a popular way of presenting information and making social comment.

61. An extension of the scope of RHKTV was recommended by the Working Party on the Future of Broadcasting and has been accepted by Government. Any development in equipment must now take colour fully into account.
