Officers have also been appointed during the second and fourth quarters of 1970.
82. On 31st March, 1971 the staff numbered 122, 62 being members of programme sections, the remainder being engaged in executive, clerical and other duties. There were 13 vacant programme staff posts, 2 vacant confidential assistant posts and 1 vacant Interpreter Translator post.
83. Finally, I should like to thank all members of my staff for their hard work and dedication during the past year. I should also like to thank those members of the public who have offered constructive criticism which is always welcome.
