Central control room
The central control room at Mercury House. It is from here that programmes are finally fed to the transmitters. Incoming programme lines from a great many outside broadcast points are also routed through here.
Laboratory and workshop
The considerable amount of technical equipment used by Radio Hong Kong re- quires continuous and careful maintenance. The task of the laboratory is to try to forestall trouble.
