Studio Equipment

90. Advances in programme production technique called for more reproducing facilities and a six-channel groove-locating dise reproducing unit, built in the Cable and Wireless radio laboratory, was installed in August. Twelve modern triple- speed turntables (33, 45 and 78 r.p.m.) were also supplied to replace obsolete units.
