17. After the close of the Exhibition in 1925, and at the request of H.M. the Queen, the Imperial Institute was supplied with samples of Hong Kong Exports, according to a selection made by the Institute Authorities themselves. The Dock Co. also generously acceded to the suggestion that the large model of their Docks should be presented.
A further request from the Institute, received through Sir Newton Stabb, that the Colony should construct and present a new and improved panorama, showing the Colony both by Day and by Night is receiving consideration: but must no doubt wait a little for better times.
