FINANCIAL MINUTES.-The Colonial Secretary, by command of His Excellency the Governor, laid on the table Financial Minute, (No. 8), and moved that it be referred to the Finance Committee:---

The Governor recommends the Council to vote a sum of Twenty-two thousand one hundred Dollars ($22,100) in aid of the vote, Public Works Recurrent, Miscel- laneous, Typhoon and Rainstorin Damages.
