The barometer has fallen considerably over N.E. Japan, and
Pressure is almost uniform, and departures from the normal small in amount.
It is
highest over N. China in the West, and over the Pacific to the S.E. of Japan in the East. It is slightly lower over the N. part of the Sea of Japan, and in the neighbourhood of S. Formosa, than elsewhere.
Gradients are slight generally.
