The Governor recommends the Council to vote a sum of Eight thousand Dollars Miscella- ($8,000) to meet expenditure incurred by the Treasurer of the Reception Com- mittee, and for illuminating the public buildings in connection with the visit to this Colony of H.R.H. Prince Arthur of Connaught.
