SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION BILL.-The Attorney General moved the second read- ing of the Bill entitled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Two hundred and seventy-eight thousand four hundred and twelve Dollars antl eight Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1905.
