REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.-The Colonial Secretary, by command of His Excellency the Officer Adininistering the Government, laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee dated the 7th July, 1902, (No. 8), and moved its adoption.

SANITARY BYE-LAWS.--The Director of Public Works addressed the Council, and moved the adoption of the Sanitary Bye-laws regarding Depôts for Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Goats.
