We, LAU WAI-CH'UN and WAI LONG-SHAN, members of the Board of Direction of the Pó Léung Kuk, Incorporated Society, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the attached statement of the Assets and Liabilities of the above Society on the 31st December, 1898, marked A and signed with our naines on the 9th March, 1899, is a true statement, and we make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of "The Statutory Declaration Act, 1835.”
