Q-Well, when you get a bill, it may be for brick-work, or request for an advance on a contract, then you make out a pay sheet?

Q.-And that is in fact the request to the Audit Office?

A. Yes, as soon as it is signed by. Mr. PRICE.
Q.-Does Mr. PRICE have to sign this before it goes to the Audit Office?
A. Yes, he signs the pay sheet.
Q.-When that bundle of bills goes to the Audit Office, what they do with it?
