The whole project upon completion is expected to accommodate approximately a population of 20,000, Shops, restaurants and carports will be sited on the ground floors of the build- Ings. The site will include facilities such as children play- ground, nurseries, banks, shopping arcades and schools so a to form itself as an estate with all the amenities for a self-contained community, Construction costs come to over $100,000,000. These flats will be sold to the general public by means of long-term instalment payments. The foundation works have already commenced, and the first phase com- prising of five blocks is scheduled for completion next year,
