Above: More than 12 600 wine industry professionals took part in
Vinexpo Asia-Pacific in May, with
over 880 exhibitors from 35 countries displaying the largest range of wines and spirits at the expo so far. According to the industry, Hong Kong overtook New York in 2010 to become the largest wine auction centre in the world.
Left: Featuring cuisine from around the world, the 21st Food Expo in August attracted more than 740 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions, a 21 per cent leap over last year.
