It was the largest forum organised by the department to promote Hong Kong's legal and arbitration services.
Left: In June, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, officiated at the launching ceremony of the 'Passing on the Torch: Affection for Sichuan' National Education Exchange Programme, with over 1 000 Hong Kong teachers and students and local students, at a high school in the quake- stricken Mianyang Municipality in Sichuan.
