The Government organises wide-ranging activities to promote the Basic Law among all sectors of the community to enhance understanding and knowledge of the HKSAR's constitutional document. The activities in 2003 included a roving exhibition (left), a photo exhibition and a civic education quiz (above), and an inter-school competition to design a souvenir postal cover (top).
