Notes: (1) Annual renewal of practising certificate is required only for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, medical laboratory technologists,

occupational therapists, radiographers, optometrists and physiotherapists.

(2) It has become a mandatory requirement for registered medical laboratory technologists and registered occupational therapists to

practise only with valid practising certificates since August 1991.

(3) It has become a mandatory requirement for registered optometrists and registered radiographers to practise only with valid practising

certificates since April 1996 and November 1996 respectively.
