The Chief Executive hosts a dinner in honour of the New Zealand Prime Minister, Mrs Helen Clark, at Government House.

A delegation of the Guangdong Customs, led by the Director-General of Guangdong Sub-administration of the Customs General Administration, Mr Liu Wenjie, makes a first-ever visit to the Marine Base of Hong Kong Customs on Stonecutters Island.
