Equipment for the new hospital was purchased from specialist manufac- turers in Europe and the United States. One of the many X-ray machines (above) in the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Radiology. The wards (below) are designed to give maximum ventilation and are heated in the winter.
