Report of the Directors
DIRECTORS
The names of the Directors of the Company at the date of this Annual Report are set out on page 2.
On 30 March 1994, Mrs Carrie Yau Tsang Ka Lai was appointed as a Director to replace Mr Kevin Mak Iu Kwan.
On 22 September 1994, Sir Quo Wei Lee was appointed as a Director of the Company.
On 14 November 1994, Mr Isaac Chow Yiu Nam was appointed as a Director to replace Mrs Carrie Yau Tsang Ka Lai.
In accordance with articles 99 and 101 of the Company's articles of association, all existing Directors with the exception of Messrs. John Chan Cho Chak, Charles Lui Chung Yuen, Rafael Hui Si Yan and Isaac Chow Yiu Nam retire from the Board and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
