1. Associates of Messrs. Walter Kwok Ping Sheung and Raymond Kwok Ping Luen were substantial shareholders of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited which beneficially held directly or indirectly 127,530,706 ordinary shares in the
Company.
2. Mr. Yu Shu Chuen and members of his family together have an interest in certain
"tongs" which beneficially held 951,671 ordinary shares in the Company.
3. Messrs. Ng Siu Chan and Ng Kwan Wai were substantial shareholders of a private
beneficially
company
which
held
1,249,533 ordinary shares in the
Company.
4. Mr. Charles Lui Chung Yuen and members of his family together have an
interest in certain private trusts and a
bank nominee account which beneficially
held 3,814,679 ordinary shares in the
Company.

郭炳湘先生及郭炳聯先生之有關連人 士為新鴻基地產發展有限公司之主要 股東,而該公司直接或間接共實益持 有本公司普通股股份127,530,706股。
二、余樹泉先生及其家庭成員所擁有之若 干團體“堂”共實益持有本公司普通 股股份951,671股。
三、伍兆燦先生及伍均惠先生均爲一間私 人公司之主要股東,而該公司共實益 持有本公司普通股股份1,249,533股。
四、雷中元先生及其家庭成員於若干私人 信託及一個銀行代理人賬戶中擁有權 益,而該等私人信託及該銀行代理人 賬戶合共實益持有本公司普通股股份
