董事會報告書 REPORT OF THE DIRECTORS
The Directors have pleasure in submitting their annual report together with the audited statement of accounts for the year ended 31st December, 1992.
Principal Activity
The principal activity of the Company is the
operation of franchised public buses in Hong Kong.
Accounts
The profit of the Company for the year ended 31st December, 1992 and the state of the Company's affairs at that date are set out in the accounts on pages 41 to 52.
An interim dividend of 17 cents per share was paid on 15th October, 1992. The Directors now recommend that a final dividend of 47 cents per share in respect of the year ended 31st December, 1992 be paid on 10th June, 1993.
Charitable Donations
Donations made during the year amounted to HK$151,675.

Movements in fixed assets during the year are set out in Note 8 on the accounts.

本公司之主要業務為在本港經營有專利權之公 共巴士服務。

本公司在一九九二年十二月三十一日之財務狀 況及結至該日止全年之盈利刊於本賬項第五十 五頁至六十六頁。
中期股息每股一角七仙已於一九九二年十月十 五日派發,董事會現建議於一九九三年六月十 日派發結至一九九二年十二月三十一日止年度 之末期股息每股四角七仙。
慈善捐款
本年度內捐款共為港幣十五萬一千六百七十五 元。
