Outlook
In future, we will continue our efforts to provide the best possible service and to adapt ourselves to the changing market. The introduction of new routes will continue in the new towns. Rationalization programmes that reflect population migration from Urban Kowloon to new towns will be put forward to the public, the Government and District Boards in order to achieve better utilisation of resources. With the continued support of our passengers and our staff, I am sure that our Company will continue to grow in 1993.

展望未來,本公司將繼續努力不懈,務求提供 最佳之服務,且能隨着市場之轉變而與時並 進。新市鎮地區會繼續開設新巴士線。此外, 鑑於九龍市區人口已逐漸轉移至各新市鎮,本 公司將會向市民大眾、政府及有關區議會提出 多項服務重整計劃,以便進一步善用資源。本 人深信,在乘客及員工之不斷支持下,本公司 之業務於一九九三年內定當繼續蒸蒸日上。
Under the Public Bus Services Ordinance, the persons holding the positions of Commissioner for Transport and Deputy Secretary for Transport
(Transport Services) are appointed by the Governor to sit on the Board of the Company. On 12th October, 1992, Mr. Pang Hau Chung, JP was appointed by the Governor to replace Mr. Gordon Siu Kwing Chue, JP as Commissioner for Transport. On 17th November, 1992, Mr. Kevin Mak Iu Kwan was appointed by the Governor to replace Mr. Andrew Leung Kin Pong, JP as Deputy Secretary for Transport (Transport Services). On 27th November, 1992, Mr. Rafael Hui Si Yan, JP was appointed to replace Mr. Pang Hau Chung, JP.
The valuable services rendered by Mr. Gordon Siu Kwing Chue, JP, Mr. Andrew Leung Kin Pong, JP and Mr. Pang Hau Chung, JP during their terms of directorship are greatly appreciated, and the Directors welcome Mr. Rafael Hui Si Yan, JP and
Mr. Kevin Mak Iu Kwan on their joining the Board.

根據公共巴士服務條例,在任之運輸署署長及 副運輸司(運輸服務)均由港督委任為本公司董 事。於一九九二年十月十二日,彭考忠太平紳 士獲港督委任為運輸署署長以代替蕭烱柱太平 紳士。一九九二年十一月十七日,港督委任麥 耀鋆先生代替梁建邦太平紳士出任副運輸司(運 輸服務)。一九九二年十一月二十七日,許仕仁 太平紳士獲委任接替彭考忠太平紳士。
本公司謹就蕭烱柱太平紳士,梁建邦太平紳士 及彭考忠太平紳士在任期間對董事會所作之寶 貴貢獻深表謝意,董事會並謹此歡迎許仕仁太 平紳士及麥耀鋆先生加入董事會。
