DIRECTORS
The Directors of the Company at the date of
this report are shown on page 2.
On 22nd March, 1990, Mr Lui Hau
Tuen was appointed as a Director to replace
Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak.
Mr Kwok Tak Seng passed away on 30th October, 1990 and Mr Walter Kwok
Ping Sheung ceased to be Mr Kwok Tak
Seng's alternate Director on the same date. On 15th November, 1990, Mr Walter Kwok Ping Sheung was appointed as a Director.
On 27th December, 1990, Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak was appointed as a Director to replace Mr Lui Hau Tuen.
On 7th January, 1991, Mr Andrew Leung
Kin Pong was appointed as a Director to
replace Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak.
In accordance with articles 99 and 101
of the Company's articles of association, all existing Directors with the exception of
Mr Lawrence E Louey, Mr Gordon Siu Kwing Chue and Mr Andrew Leung Kin Pong retire
from the Board and, being eligible, offer
themselves for re-election.
The Company has not entered into service contracts with any of the above Directors.

先生獲委任加入董事會。
於一九九零年十二月二十七日,陳育德 先生再獲委任加入董事會,代替呂孝端
先生。

於一九九一年一月七日,梁建邦先生獲 委任加入董事會,以代替陳育德先生,
根據本公司組織章程第九十九及一百 零一條規定,除雷覺坤先生、蕭烱柱先生 及梁建邦先生外,各現任董事任期告滿, 依章告退,但得候選連任。
本公司從未與上述任何董事簽訂服務
合約。
