Movements in fixed assets during the
year are set out in Note 9 on the
accounts.
本年度内固定資產之變動刊載於賬項附註 九。
DIRECTORS
The Directors of the Company at the
date of this report are shown on page 2.
On 1st July, 1989, Mr Gordon Siu
Kwing Chue was appointed to replace
Mr James So Yiu Cho. On 27th
December, 1989, Mr Eddy Chan Yuk
Tak was appointed to replace Mrs
Alice Lai Siu Po Chun. On 22nd
March, 1990, Mr Lui Hau Tuen was
appointed to replace Mr Eddy Chan Yuk Tak.
In accordance with articles 99 and
101 of the Company's articles of
association, all existing Directors with.
the exception of Mr Lawrence E
Louey, Mr Gordon Siu Kwing Chue
and Mr Lui Hau Tuen retire from the
Board and, being eligible, offer
themselves for re-election.
The Company has not entered into
service contracts with any of the above Directors.

於一九八九年七月一日,蕭烱柱先生
獲委任加入董事會,以代替蘇耀祖先生。
於一九八九年十二月二十七日,陳育德
先生獲委任加入董事會,代替黎蕭寶珍
女士。於一九九○年三月二十二日
呂孝端先生獲委任加入董事會,代替
陳育德先生。

根據本公司組織章程第九十九及一百
零一條規定,除雷覺坤先生、蕭烱柱先生
及呂孝端先生外,各現任董事任期
告滿,依章告退,但得候選連任。
本公司從未與上述任何董事簽訂服務
合約。
