NOTICE OF ORDINARY YEARLY MEETING
週年常會通告
Notice is hereby given that the Fifty-first
Ordinary Yearly Meeting of Shareholders of
the Company will be held at the Four Seasons,
Lobby Floor, New World Hotel, 22 Salisbury
Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong on Thursday.
14th June, 1990 at 3:15 p.m. (or as soon
thereafter as the business of the Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Company commencing
at 3:00 p.m. shall be concluded) for the
following purposes:
| To receive and consider the Statement of
Accounts and the Reports of the Directors
and Auditors for the year ended 31st December, 1989.
2 To declare a Final Dividend.
3 To elect Directors and fix their
remuneration.
4 To appoint Auditors and fix their
remuneration.
5 To transact any other ordinary business of
an Ordinary Yearly Meeting.

本公司第五十一屆全體股東週年常會定於
一九九零年六月十四日星期四下午三時十五分
( 或隨即在下午三時所舉行之股東特別大會
休會後)在香港九龍梳士巴利道二十二號,
新世界大酒店大堂四季廳舉行。討論下列
各項事宜,特此通告。
省覽截至一九八九年十二月三十一日止
之年結及有關該年度之董事會及核數師
報告。
二 通過分派末期股息。
三 選舉董事及鑑定其酬金。
四 聘請核數師及鑑定其酬金。
五處理週年常會及其他普通事項。

Notes:
i. The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 31st May, 1990 to Thursday, 14th June, 1990 both dates
inclusive.
ii. Any Shareholder entitled to attend and
vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote in his
place. A proxy need not also be a Shareholder of the Company.
iii. To qualify for the proposed distribution, all
transfer forms, accompanied by the relevant share certificates, must be lodged with the Company's Registrars, Messrs KPMG
Peat_Marwick,Wing On Centre, 10th floor, 111, Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong by not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 30th May, 1990.

甲本公司將於一九九零年五月三十一日
星期四至一九九零年六月十四日星期四止
( 首尾兩天在內)暫停辦理股票過戶。
乙 凡股東皆有權出席上述會議及投票,亦有
權指定代表出席投票(於計算所佔有股數
情況下)。代理人不必為本公司股東。
丙 凡欲收取現建議派發末期股息而未辦理
過戶手續之股東,請於一九九零年五月
三十日星期三下午四時前將九巴股份
過戶文件連同有關股票送交本公司股票
過戶登記處,香港中環干諾道中111號
永安中心10樓,畢馬域會計師行辦理過戶
手續。
