2 Mr Lawrence E Louey was a
substantial shareholder of three

private companies which together
beneficially held 80,341,838 ordinary
shares in the Company.
Mr Ng Siu Chan and Mr Ng Kwan Wai were substantial shareholders of a private company which
beneficially held 1,249,533 ordinary shares in the Company.
Mr Yu Shu Chuen and members of
his family together owned certain
"tongs" which beneficially held a
total of 951,671 ordinary shares in the Company.
INTERESTS IN CONTRACTS
During the year, an agreement was
entered into between the Company
and Sanfield Building Contractors
Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited
(''SHKPL''), for the construction of the
Company's new Lai Chi Kok Office
Headquarters at a consideration of
$59,318,000. Messrs Kwok Tak Seng,
Walter Kwok Ping Sheung and
shareholders and directors of SHKPL.

interested in this transaction as

總寫字樓。郭得勝先生,郭炳湘先生及
郭炳聯先生均為新鴻基地產發展有限公司
之股東及董事,於是項合約內享有利益。
除上述外,本公司並未參與簽訂任何
其他重要合約,使本公司董事於本年度
完結之日或在本年度任何時期內享有重大
利益。
