shares rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company and are entitled to all dividends declared in respect of the year ended 31st December, 1987.
CHARITABLE DONATIONS
Donations made during the year amounted to $130,733.
FIXED ASSETS
Movements in fixed assets during the
year are set out in note 9 on the
accounts.
DIRECTORS
The Directors of the Company at the date of this report are shown on page 2.
Mr James So Yiu Cho was appointed on 18th May, 1987 to replace Mr Peter Frederick Leeds. Mr David Lan Hong- tsung was appointed on 14th January, 1987 to replace Mr Kwok Ka Keung.
Mrs Lai Siu Po-chun, Alice was
appointed on 8th June, 1987 to replace
Mr David Lan Hong-tsung.
On 1st January, 1988, Mr Ng Kwan
Wai was appointed to the Board. On
the same date, Mr Ng Chiu Kwon
resigned as a director of the Company for health reasons.
Mr Ng Chiu Kwon passed away on
3rd March, 1988.
In accordance with articles 99 and
101 of the Company's articles of
association, all existing Directors with
the exception of Mr Lawrence E
Louey, Mr James So Yiu Cho and Mrs.
Lai Siu Po-chun, Alice retire from the Board and,being eligible, offer themselves for re-election,

蘇燿祖先生於一九八七年五月十八日 加入董事會,以代替李舒先生。藍鴻震 先生於一九八七年一月十四日加入
董事會,以代替郭家强先生。黎蕭寶珍 女士於一九八七年六月八日加入董事會, 以代替藍鴻震先生。於一九八八年
一月一日,伍均惠先生獲委任加入
董事會。同日,伍超羣先生因健康理由, 退出董事會。
伍超羣先生於一九八八年三月三日 逝世。
根據本公司組織章程第九十九及
一百零一條規定,除雷覺坤先生、蘇耀祖 先生及黎蕭寶珍女士外,各現任董事任期 告滿,依章告退,但得候選連任。
