CONSTITUTION AND COMPOSITION OF SELECT COMMITTEES
The Composition and Terms of Reference of the Select Committees of the Authority as at 31st March, 1961, were as follows:
(i) Sites & Buildings Select Committee
To exercise the functions of the Authority in dealing with:
(a) the selection, planning, and lay-out of sites;
(b) the design, construction, and erection of buildings;
(c) the acceptance of tenders for building work; and
(d) the naming of the Authority's estates and buildings.
