His Excellency the Governor, is pleased direct, that the annexed Copy of a letter om the Surgeon in charge of the Mer- hant Seaman's Hospital, and the Rules that have been laid down in consequence, for the admission of Seamen belonging to the British Merchant Service, into that Institution, be published for general infor- mmation and guidance.
