MARINE LOT No. 58, situate in Victoria West, with the BUILDINGS thercon, known as PYBUS'S GODOWNS.

The whole Lot contains an AREA of 20,948 Feet, and is leased from the Government for 75 Years (which can be increased on application to 999 Years,) at a yearly GROUND-RENT of £183.1.4.
