THE Interest and Responsibility of Mr HENRY

DERS miil Noon of the 16th inst., for raising Hull of Her Majesty's Ship “Raleigh," now sunk ear Kobo Islands, off Macao, and bringing it to Hoogkong, subject to the following conditions :--

The Ship and all the Stores or other articles re- masining on board to be delivered up to the Naval Authorities.

During the operations, Her Majesty's Ship Alligator to be left with the Raleigh, for the accommodation of the people employed, and a Ship of War stationed for their protection.

Steam Power to be provided by the Naval Com- ~~der-in-Chief for bringing the Ship to Hongkong, when she is raised and in a condition to be removed. His Excellency the Naval Commander-in-Chief
