firm of MERROW, STEPHENSON AND COMPANY, paid to JOSEPH FROST EDGER, Esq., (or his ty,) he having been lawfully appointed Receiver he said suit, by virtue of an Order of this Honour Curt; the receipts of the said Joskra FROST kara being alone good discharges for such monies.

URSUANT to a Decree of the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in its Equitable Jurisdiction, de in a cause, Stephenson against Murrow, the Teral CREDITORS, without this Jurisdiction or the Fpire of China, or persons without the said Juris- dem or Empire claiming to be Creditors of, or to Lure any incumbrances upon, the Estate and Effects ď YORICK JONES MURROW and JAMES STEPHENSON, Zately carrying on Business in Co-partnership together Er the Firm and Style of MURROW, STEPHENSON AND COMPANY, and which Co-partnership ceased and mas dissolved on the Tenth day of May, One thou ad eight hundred and fifty-four, are, by themselves their Solicitors, on or before the Thirtieth day of Janr, d.D. 1857, to come in and prove their said

Claims before His Honour the CHIEF JUSTICE OF HusGRONG, at his Chambers in the Court House of Victoria, Hongkong; or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Deree.
