In the matter of the Insolvency of JOSEPH E. RICHARDSON, late of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, a Prisoner for Debl in the Gaol of Victoria. "OTICE is hereby given, that the ESTATE and EFFECTS of the said Prisoner have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by order of this Court; and that the Schedule of the above named prisoner has been filed in the said Court, and that it is ordered that the said Prisoner be brought up for Examination at the SUPREME COURT HOUSE, VIC- TORIA, on Wednesday, the 17th day of December, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, at 12 o'clock Noon; and in case any Creditor intends to oppose the discharge of such prisoner, he must give notice in writing of such his intention to the Court, and such Prisoner two clear days, exclusive of Sunday, prior to the day of bearing.

URSUANT to a Decree of the Supreme Court of Hongkong, made in a cause, Stephenson against Murrow-the several CREDITORS, within this Jurisdiction or the Empire of China, or persons within the said Jurisdiction or Empire, claiming to be Creditors, of, or to have any Incumbrances upon the Estate and Effects of YORICK JONES MURROW and JAMES STEPHENSON, lately carrying on Business in Co-partnership together under the Firm and Style of MURROW, STEPHENSON AND COMPANY, and which Co-partnership ceased and was dissolved on the Tenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four, are, by themselves or their Solicitors, on or before the Twenty-second day of February next
