The Hongkong Government Gazette.
HEREAS the Firm of NYE BROTHERS & Co. of Canton, China, did, on the 11th day of March, 1856, at the Office of the United STATES CONSULATE in Canton, execute an Assign- ment of all their Property, real and personal, in trust for the benefit of their Creditors, to the undersigned: We hereby give notice to all concerned to take payment to us of all sums due to, and to present to us any claims against, the said Firm.
