CONTENTS AND VALUE OF PACKAGES ARE REQUIRED.
A Written Declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shipper to the Company's Agents with the Bills of Lading or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold themselves responsible for any Detention or Prejudice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the Suit of the above named | JULIUS HALLPIKE, against the above named ALEXANDER WILSON, to recover damages for the breach of a Promise and Agreement by the said WILSON to take the said Jutics ALKXANDER HALLPIKE into partnership in the Firm or Business carried on at Hongkong under the name or style of MacEWEN & COMPANY, and it being alleged that the said ALEXANDER WILSON does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued, returnable on the Fourth day of July neat, wherein GEORGE NORRIS, of Hongkong aforesaid, Storekeeper, is Garnishee: Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said ALEXANDER WILSON or any Person on his behalf will give the security and notice, and file the Appearance or Plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, intituled "An Ordinance to provide "for and regulate Process in actions at Law against "Persons absent from the Colony," the said Attach- ment may be dissolved.
