Application for Registration of Trade Mark.

OTICE is bereby given that W. R. LOXLEY AND COMPANY of Victoria, Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 1st day of August. 1907, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :--

1. The representation of a Chinese wo-

man spinning.

2. The representation of 3 feathers and the word "Prince underneath, and the Chinese words meaning “Feather Mark".

in the name of W. R. LoXLEY AND COMPANY who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark No. 1 has not been used but is intended to be used forthwith, and Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods:-

1. Cotton piece goods of all kinds aud goods made of cotton materials in Class 24.

2. Flour, Wheat, Bran, Barley, Maize,

Grain and Corn, in Class 42. Facsimiles of the Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong.

The representation of two eats and the wordsCat Brand" and the Chinese characters meaning "two cats brand" in the name of H. SKOTT & COMPANY who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap-

plicants in respect of Flour, in Class 42.

CHAK CHAU, FUNG FUK TIN and LAM SHAU TING of Nos. 246 and 248 Des Vænx Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, trading under the style Kwong Sang" bare on the 12th day of August, 1907, applied for the registration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

The representation of two Chinese girls standing side by side and hand in hand, the girl on the right holding in her left hand a bottle and the other girl holding in her right hand a sprig,

in the names of LEUNG CHAK CHAU, FUNG FUK TIN and LAM SHAU TING, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods :-

Florida Water, Hair Oil, Tooth Paste, Liquid Dentifrice, Tooth Powder, Perfumes and Cold Cream in Class 48.

NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs.

BARRETTO & Co., formerly of Nos. 22 and 24 Bank Buildings but now of No. 3 Queen's Buildings, Victoria, Hongkong, Mer- chants and Commission Agents have on the 10th day of April, 1906, applied for the re- gistration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :— (1.) A buckled ring with the representa- tion of a Globe within the ring. across the Globe are the words

“地球為記” in Chinese

meaning the Globe is used as a Mark".

(2.) A label showing a closed fist with the thumb pointing upwards holding a scroll.
