Commissioners of Customs, with the approval of the Board of Trade, having directed that, with a view to the parate admeasurement of the Tonnage of Vessels under Rule 2, prescribed by Section 22 of The Merchant tors under Rule 2, Sec.
Act. 1854," the Decimal Factor 0017 for Ships built of Wood, and 0018 for those built of Iron, be substituted 22. rs 18 and 0021 now in use, as directed by the said Section, the proper officers will be careful to govern recordingly in all future computations. Vessels already measured by Rule 2 must be remeasured agreeably ve modification of the Rule, on the application of their Owners or Agents, and delivery of the original certiti-
