The above Lots are erected on INLAND LOTS 5 and 5 4, and if bought by two different persous, it is to be understood that the whole Property is to be transferred in the Land-Office to the name of the Pur- chaser of the Fifteen Houses, who is to grant a lease, free of Rent or other charge except GROUND-Rent for 999 years to the Purchaser of the Bungalow.
