5. The boundaries of the Lot to be determined by the Director of Public Works and in the case of the North-Eastern boundary to be subject to such modification as he may Jequire for the purpose of alignment with the corresponding boundary of the adjacent lot.
6. The exact area of the Lot to be determined by the Director of Public Works before the issue of the Crown Lease and Premium and Crown Rent to be then adjusted in accordance with the area and in proportion to the amounts of Premium and Crown Rent at which the Lot is sold.
