30th instant.

LANCELOT DENT in our Firm ceased on the 30th June, 1854 ; and the Interest and Responsibility of Mr WILKINSON DENT in our Firm ceased on the 30th June, 1858.

DISSOLUTION of the partnership hitherto exist- ing between the former Members of the Firm ADAM & Co., Batania and Sourabaya, having taken place on the 31st ultimo, the undersigned begi to intimate, that he will continue the Businesa, ag heretofore, at both places, and under the same style as formerly.

Notice is at the same time given, that, from this date, Mr D. T. BRYCE has been admitted Partner at Betavia and Sourabaya; and that Mr W. W. COOK has been admitted as Partner of the Sourabaya Firm.
