Notice is hereby given, that the Crown Lands known as Pedder's Hill, Morrison's Hill, and Hos- pital Hill (North End) with the Bungalows thereon erected, will be sold by Public Auction at Pedder's Hill, on Monday, the 16th day of April next, at 4 O'clock P.M. Immediately after the above will be sold two lots on Victoria Peak in the vicinity of the Sanatarium, and one lot near Mount Davis.
The following Schedule of the Areas and Rentals of the Land for sale is published for general information, and Plans, together with the special conditions regarding the same, may be scen upon application at the Surveyor General's Office between the hours of 11 A.M. and 3 P.M.
