GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Notice is hereby given, under the provisions of Section IV. of Ordinance 11. of 1844, that Wednesday, the 7th day of February, 1860, is fixed for a Special Sessions of the Justices of the Peace, to be held at the Chief Magistrate's Office at Eleven O'Clock in the Forcnoon, for the purpose of considering Applications for the transfer of Spirit Licenses by the Holders to other parties.

Such applications must be lodged at the Chief Magistrate's Office, at least ten days before the Sessions.
