GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Tenders will be received at the Surveyor General's Office, on or before the 9th day of December next, for the following services; viz:-

Item 1.---Construction of Sea Walls to Praya and Canal Roads in Bowrington with six Landing

Steps thereto.

Item 2.--Erection of a Bridge in Bowrington.

✔ Itcan 3.—Construction of Piers, viz: One at Hawan, One at Possession Point, One at West Point. Plans and specifications may be seen upon application at the Surveyer General's Office between

the hours of 11 A.M. and 3 P.M.

Applicants for Licenses for Cargo Boats unider Ordinance No. 15 of 1860, are hereby informed that

they must apply to this Office to have their Boats examined prior to such License being granted.

Present holders are also reminded that their Licenses expire on the 31st instant.

Applications for Passage Broker's Licenses for the Year 1862, under Ordinance No. 11 of 1857, will be received at this Office from this date up to the 31st instant.

Applicants are requested to state the Names and Addresses of the Parties they offer as Sureties, under Clanse 1 of the Ordinance aforesaid.
