Court on the 13th day of November, 1907, it was resolved by special resolution of the creditors present to entertain a proposal for a scheme of arrangement in the terms of the printed scheme filed in the Bankruptcy, of which the following is a summary :-

Messrs. SHAM PAK MING, YU KWAN CHI and KWONG SHAU MAN to be appointed Trustees.

The debtors' furniture and stock in trade to be realised by the Trustees by public auction or privately, and the book debts to be col. lected by them.

No further action to be taken against the debtors.

The Trustees to make all preferential pay- ments, to pay the rent in full, and to pay all costs and expenses allowed by the Official Receiver.

Creditors' claims to be limited to 10 per cent. on the cost price of all coloured piece goods and 5 per cent, on white shirtings and undyed piece goods arrived and not cleared by 15th August, 1907.

No claims to be made for godown rent, insurance, interest or other charges for goods arrived and not cleared.

No claim to be made for goods ordered which had not arrived before 15th August, 1907.

If probable loss is less than 10 per cent, or 5 per cent. respectively creditors to claim estimated loss only.

Proofs of all claims to be filed.

Creditors to give credit for any monies in

hand.

The balance in Trustees' hands after making preferential payments stated to be divided pro rata amongst creditors according to scheme.

No further proceedings to be taken in Bankruptcy except to carry out scheme.

Full particulars may be obtained at the Office of the Official Receiver.

The meeting for the purpose of deciding whether the above resolution shall be con- firmed will be held at the Supreme Court (Small Court) on Monday, the 25th day of November, 1907, at 2.15 p.m.

The proposal for a composition can be confirmed only by a majority in number, representing three-fourths in value, of all the creditors who have proved, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
