CONSULAR NOTIFICATION.
N conformity with the Judgement of the An- MIRALTY COURT OF MANILA and by order of H. E, the ADMIRAL of H. C. M.'s Forces in Mauila, the Barque LEVENLEE with all her GEAR, TACKLE, and 78 CANNONS of different sits, being part of the cargo of the said Barque,
will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION at MANILA 30 days after the date of this notice.
If the Barque or her cargo aforesaid should be purchased for the Manila market the Custom House duties, &c., must be paid by the purchaser. The Inventory of the said Burque can be seen at the office of this Consulate.
Notice is hereby given to the owner or owners of the said Barque or of her cargo that if they have any claims or objection to make to the said sale, it must be done within the time above men- tioned.

Contents and Value of Packages are required.
** A written declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Coin- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Preju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.
