Under Instructions from His Grace the Secretary of State for the Colonies it is hereby made ge- nerally know that the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company have been relieved from the obligation hitherto imposed upon them of carrying Government Passengers at a reduced rate of charge.
