A written declaration of the Contents and
Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Proju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are partien- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of those Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequureness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the sune.

THEREAS an action has been commenced in
this Court at the suit of the above named Yacool Noor Mabomed against the above named Fazuiboye to recover the sum of One thousand Que kundred and Sixty Dallars and Ninety- four Cents for board, lodging, clothes, attendance, and other necessaries furnished by the said Yacoob Noor Mahoned to Sera, a Child of the said Fazul- hoye at the said Faznlboye's request, and for money paid by the said Yoroub Noor Mahomed for the said Fazulboye at his request, and it being alleged that the said Fuzulboye does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Pecaty-fourth day of August instant, where n Ryanoohoye and Pestonjve Eduljee res- pectively of Pongkong are garnishees, Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time be- fore final judgment in this action the said Fazul bove or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled “Âu Ordinance to provide for and regulate pro- cess in actions at law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dis- solved.
