8. No rent will be charged to exhibitors.
9. Prices may be affixed to the articles exhibited.
10. The things prohibited by H. M.'s Commissioners (see para. 7) are:
1. Living Animals and Plants.
2. Fresh Vegetable and Animal Substances, liable to be spoilt by keeping.
3. Detonating or dangerous Substances.

11. Intending Exhibitors are requested to furnish the Commissioners with a list of proposed articles with as little delay as possible.
12. Any Exhibitor may name a special agent, who, on communicating with the Hongkong Com- mittee's Agent in London, will be permitted to supervise the articles entrusted to his care.
13. Every Exhibitor must name some agent in London, who will be required to remove articles at the close of the Exhibition.
14. The Agent appointed to represent the Hongkong Committee in London is P. Campbell, Esq., Oriental Bank Corporation, Threadneedle Street.
15. Communications may be addressed to the Chairman or to any Member of thisCommittee. 16. For sake of convenience the names of the gentlemen nominated as the Committee by His Excellency the Governor are here repeated:
