An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 5 of 1857.
[29th June, 1861.]
Be it enacted and ordained by His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
I. The Ordinance No. 5 of 1857, intituled "An Ordinance for Salvage and Prize in certain cases" is hereby repealed.
Passed the Legislative Council of Hongkong, this 29th Day of June, 1861.

DECISIONS OF HER MAJESTY'S COMMISSIONERS ON POINTS RELATING TO
THE EXHIBITION.
1. Her Majesty's Commissioners have fixed upon Thursday
the 1st day of May 1862 for opening the Exhibition.
2. The Exhibition building will be erected on a site adjoin- ing the gardens of the Royal Horticultural Society, and in the

immediate neighbourhood of the ground occupied in 1851, on the occasion of the first International Exhibition.
3. The portion of the building to be devoted to the exhi- bition of Pictures will be erected in brick, and will occupy
